It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand out attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. BUT after they treated the room, it turned out that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer as its super loud. but as it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but as the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the holiday packages standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Campeón u could spend ages in there.
Bedroom were not high quality, probably needed a little updating, but again it wouldn’t warrant a negative to the holiday.
